Deliverables
On a stem / multitrack quote you usually get a 44.1 kHz WAV master, any alternates we agreed (TV, instrumental, vocal-up, etc.), and stem exports listed on the invoice.
Clean stems, refs, and one email thread. Stereo mastering uses the same headroom rules with less packaging.
Files
- Format: 32-bit / 44.1 kHz WAV unless we agree otherwise.
- Headroom: Master bus out of the red. Stem peaks around −12 dBFS or lower.
- Naming: Use the template we send.
- Delivery: Upload to the cloud link on the quote.
Refs
- References: 2–3 songs at matched level.
- Feel: A few sentences on what you want.
- Rough mix: Current bounce.
Timeline
Turnaround and revisions are on your quote. Email is the paper trail.
Metadata
Credits and IDs often go through MusicBrainz. Send final songwriter credits, performers, and any ISRC or UPC you already have.
